Product Operations and Support Specialist
As Product Operations and Support Specialist, you'll serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for Optain's robotic retinal camera and software, troubleshooting across the hardware-software boundary while managing complaint documentation and quality escalations in a regulated medical device environment. It's a role for someone who thrives owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and turning support trends into real product improvements.
Fulfillment Lead
As Fulfillment Lead, you'll own order processing at Avandra Imaging end to end: reviewing incoming purchase orders, invoicing in QuickBooks and Salesforce, and coordinating shipping and freight so every order reaches the warehouse team ready to ship. It's a role for someone with strong attention to detail who wants to help build the systems and tracking behind order processing, not just keep up with the volume.
Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner
As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with Aegis's Co-Founder and Managing Partner as his closest day-to-day partner, moving fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution across new company formation, portfolio strategy, financings, and executive recruiting. It's a 24-month apprenticeship in company building for someone with exceptional judgment who's comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take on broader responsibility across the firm.
Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time)
As Fulfillment Associate, you'll keep Avandra Imaging's warehouse running smoothly, from receiving and inspecting incoming stock to packing and shipping equipment orders accurately and on time. It's a role for someone detail-oriented and safety-conscious who's comfortable operating a forklift and pitching in wherever the team needs support.
Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Operations
As Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Operations, you'll own Optain's US customer operations end to end, from camera supply chain and servicing to commercial contracting and data rights, building the systems a rapidly scaling health tech company needs from scratch. It's a role for a systems thinker with startup, hardware, and contracts experience who's comfortable operating without a playbook and building the automation themselves.
Venture Fellow
As a Venture Fellow, you'll work directly with Aegis Ventures' leadership team to evaluate new healthcare investment opportunities, help build new companies, and support the growth of our portfolio. It's a part-time fellowship (about 15 hours a week, remote or NYC-based) for a graduate student with a consulting, finance, or business background who wants hands-on exposure to healthcare venture building.
Principal Software Engineer
As Principal Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you'll architect and lead critical, secure, and scalable systems while mentoring engineers and setting technical standards across the stack. It's a role for a deeply technical leader who influences through expertise, not authority, and raises the bar for everyone around them.
Sales Development Representative
As Sales Development Representative (Image Sharing) at Avandra Imaging, you'll own the renewal process for existing customers while generating new pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. It's a strong entry point into tech sales, with a clear path to a Sales Executive role for someone proactive, coachable, and detail-oriented.
Product Manager
As Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for Avandra Imaging's image exchange platform, taking it from concept to launch while modernizing its physical media solutions into digital products. It's a role for someone who knows enterprise imaging workflows inside and out and can turn complex clinical needs into products providers actually adopt.
Account Executive
As Account Executive, you'll carry a bookings quota selling Avandra Imaging's medical imaging data cloud into pharma, biotech, and AI/TechBio organizations. It's a high-impact, full-cycle enterprise sales role for a creative closer who thrives in ambiguity.
Senior Software Engineer
As Senior Software Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you'll design and scale the systems powering its imaging data marketplace, working hands-on in Elixir and/or Python. It's a role for an early-stage builder who takes ownership from concept to deployment and helps shape a positive engineering culture along the way.
Compliance Lead
As Compliance Lead, you'll build and own Avandra Imaging's compliance program end-to-end: HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 certifications, vendor risk, and M&A integration, for someone energized by standing up programs, not just maintaining them.
