Senior Product Manager
As Senior Product Manager at Caregentic, you’ll own the roadmap, backlog, and requirements for its AI platform that runs continuous care between clinical visits, using AI tools to write PRDs for both engineers and coding agents and turning client requests into reusable, condition-agnostic capabilities. It’s a hands-on role for a builder who knows healthcare workflows, would rather prototype than debate, and can make confident scope calls with incomplete information.
Clinical Operations Manager
As Clinical Operations Manager, Provider Network, you’ll own the operations of Optain’s national network of optometrists and ophthalmologists who read retinal images, turning 15 years of tribal knowledge into documented policy, a measurable quality program, and a capacity model that stays ahead of demand. It’s a non-clinical role for someone who has managed contracted clinicians, writes policy physicians sign, and builds processes that run without them.
Staff Accountant
As Staff Accountant, you’ll keep Avandra Imaging’s day-to-day finances running smoothly across multiple entities, from collecting receivables and applying cash in QuickBooks to managing payables and reconciling every bank and credit card account. It’s a hands-on role for someone with high standards for accuracy who can juggle competing priorities on their own as the company scales.
Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
As Executive Assistant, you’ll support two senior Aegis leaders, including a Partner and a former health system CEO, owning their travel, calendars, and forward planning so their time and in-person presence go where they matter most. It’s a part-time role for an experienced EA who can hit the ground running, anticipate needs without much direction, and handle confidential matters with complete discretion.
Product Operations and Support Specialist
As Product Operations and Support Specialist, you'll serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for Optain's robotic retinal camera and software, troubleshooting across the hardware-software boundary while managing complaint documentation and quality escalations in a regulated medical device environment. It's a role for someone who thrives owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and turning support trends into real product improvements.
Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner
As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with Aegis's Co-Founder and Managing Partner as his closest day-to-day partner, moving fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution across new company formation, portfolio strategy, financings, and executive recruiting. It's a 24-month apprenticeship in company building for someone with exceptional judgment who's comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take on broader responsibility across the firm.
Principal Software Engineer
As Principal Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you'll architect and lead critical, secure, and scalable systems while mentoring engineers and setting technical standards across the stack. It's a role for a deeply technical leader who influences through expertise, not authority, and raises the bar for everyone around them.
Sales Development Representative
As Sales Development Representative (Image Sharing) at Avandra Imaging, you'll own the renewal process for existing customers while generating new pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. It's a strong entry point into tech sales, with a clear path to a Sales Executive role for someone proactive, coachable, and detail-oriented.
Product Manager
As Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for Avandra Imaging's image exchange platform, taking it from concept to launch while modernizing its physical media solutions into digital products. It's a role for someone who knows enterprise imaging workflows inside and out and can turn complex clinical needs into products providers actually adopt.
Account Executive
As Account Executive, you'll carry a bookings quota selling Avandra Imaging's medical imaging data cloud into pharma, biotech, and AI/TechBio organizations. It's a high-impact, full-cycle enterprise sales role for a creative closer who thrives in ambiguity.
Senior Software Engineer
As Senior Software Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you'll design and scale the systems powering its imaging data marketplace, working hands-on in Elixir and/or Python. It's a role for an early-stage builder who takes ownership from concept to deployment and helps shape a positive engineering culture along the way.
Compliance Lead
As Compliance Lead, you'll build and own Avandra Imaging's compliance program end-to-end: HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 certifications, vendor risk, and M&A integration, for someone energized by standing up programs, not just maintaining them.
