Can I bring a colleague or guest?
Each invitation is issued individually and is not transferable. If you'd like to nominate a colleague for consideration, please email the team at summit@aegisventures.com. While we cannot guarantee additional spots, we welcome the suggestion.
What is the dress code?
Business casual.
Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?
Sessions are not live-streamed but they will be recorded for use by Aegis Ventures.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand schedules change. Please notify the team as early as possible at summit@aegisventures.com so we can release your seat to another guest. Advance notice is deeply appreciated.
How are dietary restrictions handled?
Please indicate any dietary needs or allergies during your RSVP. We work directly with our caterers to ensure every attendee has thoughtful options.
