Chief Partnerships Officer
Becca is Chief Partnerships Officer at Aegis Ventures, collaborating with senior leaders in the Aegis Digital Consortium of 14 leading health systems to identify opportunities for deployment, adoption, and measurable impact from emerging health technologies.
Becca spent the first 15 years of her career in professional services, leading performance improvement implementations for health systems across the country. She specialized in patient flow, care management, and patient access. Becca was a Managing Director at Huron and then led the Clinical Operations practice at Accenture before joining her first health technology start-up ten years ago.
Most recently, Becca was the Chief Customer Officer for Hippocratic AI, building generative AI agents with a focus on safety and customer service. Previously, she was General Manager of Healthy.io, a global company transforming the smartphone into a medical device for CKD screening. Prior to that, Becca was Chief Customer Officer at OliveAI and Chief Operating Officer at Empiric Health.
Becca received her undergraduate degree at Duke and has a MBA and MHA from the University of Washington. Most of her spare time is spent dividing and conquering with her husband to navigate the schedules of four teenagers, but she squeezes in as many books and hikes with her dog as she can.
