Janet Ho is Chief Operating Officer at Hume AI, where she leads operations, product strategy, and partnership execution as the company scales its empathic voice‑AI platform.
Most recently, she co‑founded Hume AI in 2021 and has served as COO since its inception, helping build the company from the ground up. Previously, she was Managing Partner at Aegis Ventures, and held product leadership roles at Zynga, Rakuten, and The League—streamlining early-stage startup roadmaps and go‑to‑market execution across diverse industries.
She earned her B.A. in Government with a secondary focus in Computer Science from Harvard University.
