As Head of Operations at Aegis Ventures, Sam plays a critical role in designing and scaling a studio model that fuels the growth of innovative healthcare companies. Passionate about transforming healthcare delivery, Sam combines operational leadership with strategic support for venture creation initiatives.
Before joining Aegis, Sam led product development for women’s health at Sema4, launching precision medicine genomics solutions for patients and providers. Earlier, at Mount Sinai Health System, Sam worked at the intersection of genetics and digital health, developing clinical research applications to improve patient outcomes.
Sam earned a Master’s degree in healthcare delivery from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and holds a BA in Biology from Stockton College. Originally from New Jersey, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors paddleboarding, kayaking, and hiking.
