Liz Golden

Liz Golden is the Chief Executive Officer of Wavelet Medical and a healthcare executive with experience in medical device commercialization, regulatory strategy, and product leadership. Her work has focused on bringing new healthcare technologies from early development through regulatory approval and into clinical use.

Over the course of her career, Liz has contributed to the development and commercialization of more than 9 medical devices across venture-backed and growth-stage companies. Her experience includes product strategy, regulatory processes, and building cross-functional teams to support product development and launch.

At Wavelet Medical, Liz is leading efforts to advance non-invasive, AI-powered fetal brain monitoring from research into clinical practice. Her focus includes product development, clinical partnerships, and the operational foundations needed to support broader adoption of fetal EEG technology.

In addition to her role at Wavelet, Liz serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Yale Ventures, where she works with teams to help translate academic research into commercially viable healthcare solutions.

Liz holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a Masters in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering.

She was a winner of MedTech Innovator and was named to the Inc. Female Founders 500.
