Caroline Schell is the Director of Events & Community at Aegis Ventures, where she leads the planning and execution of events and community programming that connect founders, operators, and partners across the Aegis ecosystem.
She brings a background in luxury events, hospitality, and experiential marketing, with prior roles spanning private event management, VIP services, and brand marketing for global clients and premium hospitality brands.
Caroline holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Strategic Communication and Sociology from Washington and Lee University.
