Molly is Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer at Aegis Ventures, leading the studio's and portfolio company efforts in collaboration with our health systems partners.
Most recently, she played a key role in the exits of Medforth Global Healthcare Education Group to Carlyle as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer and Proteus Digital Health to Otsuka as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to that, Molly held senior leadership roles in strategy and growth at health systems including Duke University Health System, Mass General Brigham, Ascension Health Care Network, and Tenet Healthcare. Molly’s career has focused on driving strategy and execution of clinical service lines, launching innovative medical technologies, and building global workforce solutions that improve the quality of patient care, and improve access.
Originally from Washington, DC, she received her BS in Mass Communications and her MSHA in Health Care Administration with highest honors from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia.
