Molly O’Neill is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and market expansion across venture-backed startups, private equity sponsored and public companies, academic medical centers, and not-for-profit health systems. She has led transformational initiatives in digital health, medical and veterinary education, and medical devices—earning a reputation for translating complex strategies into scalable, high-impact businesses.
Molly previously served as Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer at Aegis Ventures, where she led the Digital Consortium, a first-of-its-kind venture studio model co-developed with 14 founding health systems representing over $100B in annual revenue. In this role, she’s responsible for driving cross-sector partnerships, accelerating commercialization, and building the infrastructure to launch AI-powered healthcare companies at scale.
Molly served as Vice Chancellor for Duke Health, where she oversaw strategic growth initiatives across clinical operations, education, and health innovation. She later held executive leadership roles at Medforth Global Healthcare Education Group, the largest provider of physicians into U.S. residency programs, as well as Tenet Healthcare, Mass General Brigham, Ascension Health Care Network, and Inova Health System.
Molly holds a B.S. in Mass Communications/Journalism and an M.S. in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. She also serves on the Board of Directors Audit Committee for Mauna Kea Technologies (Euronext: ALMA), and MyLaurel.
