Becky James

Becky James is a senior healthcare operations executive, board member, and advisor with over 20 years of experience transforming care delivery through scalable digital health programs, clinical innovation, and enterprise partnerships. She is known for building high-performing teams, driving measurable clinical outcomes, and bridging technology with compassionate care across health systems, payers, and employers.

She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Caregentic, a healthcare technology company committed to making every patient-provider moment count. Becky leads the company’s operational strategy, cross-functional execution, and delivery excellence as it expands across diverse care settings, supporting patients and the professionals who care for them.

In addition, she serves on the Board of Advisors at Chorus, a caregiving support platform that helps families coordinate care for aging or disabled loved ones. Through expert, tech-enabled support, Chorus simplifies care logistics and provides peace of mind for families and caregivers.

Previously, Becky held executive roles at Amwell (following its acquisition of Conversa Health), where she led the development and scaling of digital clinical programs across behavioral health, chronic care, transplant, and other care pathways. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at WebMD Health Services, focusing on enterprise software delivery, wellness and condition management, and digital transformation for payer and employer markets. Her background also includes engineering and technical leadership positions at Intel, Microsoft, and Mattel.

Becky brings deep expertise in operational scale, clinical program delivery, and outcomes-based innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pacific University.
