Ryan Tarzy

Ryan Tarzy is Founder and CEO of Avandra Imaging.

With over two decades of experience as a founder or executive across six startups—including three he co-founded and scaled through a combined $1.4B in exits—Ryan brings deep operational and entrepreneurial expertise to his leadership at Avandra. Prior to Avandra, he began his career at Bain & Company before shifting his focus to venture-backed healthcare and AI ventures.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and, outside of work, enjoys winemaking, travel, scuba diving, skiing, and all things tech.
