Hoshi Laureano

Hoshi is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Aegis Ventures, where she leads the recruitment strategy to build and scale transformative healthcare businesses.

Previously, Hoshi was at Redesign Health, where she partnered with healthcare leaders across 15+ ventures to hire their founding teams. Before that, she built the recruitment function from the ground up and implemented data-driven systems to improve hiring efficiency at Sidecar Interactive (later acquired by Quartile). Hoshi began her career in IT staffing at Motion Recruitment Partners.

Hoshi holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and dual minors in Law & Society and Spanish from the University of Delaware. Having grown up playing multiple instruments and a love for the performing arts, Hoshi is also an active volunteer with Songcatchers, Inc.
