Mohona Paul
Chief of Staff
Mohona is the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at Aegis Ventures, where she works closely across the team to execute key strategic priorities, with a focus on Aegis' pipeline of new investments / new company creation, as well as strategic, operational, and financing goals across portfolio companies.
Previously, Mohona was an operator at Flatiron Health, where she worked on Partnerships and Corporate Strategy & Development. Prior to Flatiron, Mohona was a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and IBM Global Business Services' Strategy & Transformation, where she specialized in healthcare services and conducted growth strategy projects and private equity diligences.
Mohona has a BSE and MSE (majoring in Bioengineering) from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA (concentrating in Finance and Healthcare Management) from The Wharton School. She loves to travel the world, reads as many books as she can, and is an avid runner and pilates enthusiast.
