Bella De Wit

Bella is the Manager of the Executive Office at Aegis Ventures, where she partners closely with the Managing Partner and Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence and advance strategic priorities across the studio. Her work spans several core functions of the firm, supporting cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and the effective operation of the executive office.
Previously, Bella was Director of People & Culture at Salesfloor, where she led talent strategy, HR operations, and global integration priorities following the company's acquisition of Clientela - an enterprise B2B retail technology platform where she had served as Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff alongside the founder. Across both roles, she built a track record of wearing many hats in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
Bella holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and Marketing, from RMIT University in Melbourne.
